Turning Data into Decisions:
BI for Real Estate &
Impact Measurement for Mission-Driven Organizations

I help organizations make smarter decisions with data.

In real estate, I analyze market trends, building dashboards that turn complex data into clear decisions.

For CDFIs and nonprofits, I measure what matters:
how lending practices (underwriting, pricing models, technical assistance programs) affect communities, and how organizations can demonstrate inclusive social impact beyond quarterly metrics.

Why Impact + BI?

I’ve seen how data can hide inequity or reveal it. My dual focus on business intelligence and impact measurement isn’t contradictory – it’s essential. Organizations need analysts who understand both market dynamics and community outcomes.

BI without impact analysis optimizes for efficiency without asking “for whom?”
Impact measurement without operational context produces reports that never inform decisions.

The goal is data infrastructure that serves both:
Systems rigorous enough for investors and funders, and grounded enough to reflect the communities you exist to serve.

What drives me:
I’m driven by transparency. Markets shouldn’t be black boxes. Whether I’m analyzing cap rates or community outcomes, my work makes complex systems understandable and accountable. I am most passionate about making transparent how access to capital affects communities. Whether I’m building Tableau dashboards for real estate performance or designing impact measurement frameworks for CDFIs, I’m focused on making data tell honest, actionable stories.

What sets me apart:
I combine quantitative rigor with qualitative context. Numbers alone cannot tell a complete story. Great analysis requires understanding what the data mean for real people and real places.

My focus areas:

  • Real estate analytics & market intelligence
  • Financial inclusion & lending equity research
  • Impact measurement & evaluation
  • Dashboard design & data storytelling
